On saturday my son was filming in a store with a church group the manager agreed to the filming he was being interviewed, as the others were leaving my son was grabbed around the neck by this manager(as he stated he was) and tried to take my sons phone.

How can you facilitate the county serving a warrant so that a bond can be set?
