Violation of my privacy

I have been having trouble with a popular website removing my personal information,, name address etc it took over 8 weeks for me to opt out and remove my information less than two months ago and now they have put my information back on the site even though they sent me a email confirming it was removed from their data base now they are giving me a hard time and not removing this information again. I tried talking to their customer support they disconnected me three times, they give yousteps on their site to remove within 24 hours yet they don't do it, last time they gave excuses glitches in their computer system, employees out sick and behind not receiving my requests. They were very nasty to me on the phone and when you read all the blogs about this site there are so many people complaining and having the same trouble this seems to be a major problem.
