I'm I have school loans. They are harassing me I'm unable to pay. It's private banks not federal loans.

Someone is using scare tactics on me. I am not quilty of committing a crime I'm on Social Security and my check is not big enough. My doctor has declared me as being disabled and not able to work. I filed bankruptcy in 2011 the lawyer who filed it took my money and left me with a mess.
Cancelling an agreement made over the phone
My son received a notice to garnish his wages due to defaulted student loans. He panicked and called the agency and made a verbal agreement over the phone, but has not signed any papers. He has decided that he wants to consolidate his student loans with Direct Loans. Is the verbal agreement binding or does he have so many days to cancel?

If I took out a loan for boarding and room for my dauther at sony purchase school and they kicked her out aftera few months should I still be responsible to pay the full amount of the loan even though she is no longer there

ECMC student loan
ECMC issued a letter to my wifes employer to garnish her wadges 15% starting Sept. 1. We have the proof that the student loan was paid and tried to get ECMC on the phone to give use a fax # to send the the reciept. For three weeks now they will not return our calls.How do we stop them from garnishing my wifes check.
