Recourse after expriation of warnety

Bought rug from "the dump" they have a one week return policy. i paid $2599 for the rug, after 2 months the pile started comming out when vacuming, also string are pulling loose. called "the dump" but got no satisfaction. there are no kids or pets on the rug. is there any help for me?

I bought it used and I've had it for about a year now. I've had three major repairs on the car...body work, engine, and no transmission. Does the lemon law cover used vehicles? Is there anything I can do about this? I feel like my car is in the shop more than I'm drving it.

Alabama Lemon Law

I purchased a used car on july 20th that night the check engine light came on and July 21st the tranmission started slipping I took it to a transmission shop on July 25th, that informed me that the tranmission was going out. Does the dealership have responsablitiy in repairing the transmission?
