I am Active duty military. Applied for a conventional 30 yr mortgage loan (not a VA). Got approved to close from the bank. Thirty minutes after the approval, I got a call from the bank underwriters stating that I need to reenlist for three more years before we can close on the house. Is This Discrimination
I live in georgia. My landlord refuses to let me move into the apt next door because my brother that visits me smokes cigarettes. He says it has nothing to do with me but the smoke damage ia what he is thinking about. There is not a no smoking clause in my lease. Is this legal ?
