Paying monthly on a credit card for twelve years

I bought some firnitures, hoping to pay it off, but things became very difficult after the birth of my children, now 2 & 4 and I have not been able to pay it. Paying off current credit cards and charge accounts

If I pay off my 3 credit cards and 5 charge accounts all at once will that help or hurt my credit score? they are all current, no past due, collection etc. If it will help, how much do you think it would raise a 567 and when? that score is due to the actions of a now ex but innocent spouse rule doesn't apply.l

Jugdement renewed

1997 a judgement for unlawful detained was against me. Now I have a good job and my wages will be garnished. I work hard to get my life in order and now in 2013, 16 years later this judgement is going to set me back 10 years. is this legal?
