I just bought a car I gave 1,000 dollars cash signed the contract and got the car ,after a month they called me and told me that I had to pay the down payment (1,000) I told them that I gave the money already ,they told me that they'll see what happen , after three months they called me again and told me that I must paid the 1,000 dollars what should I do?I do have the contract that shows that I gave and they received the money.

Hi,
I don't follow? Why not just send them a copy of the contract showing that you paid and that they received the money. Of course keep the original for your records. I mean, you have the car yes? And if so what are they suggesting that they gave you the car to drive away in with no money?
