I purchased furniture 5 years ago from a high end interior design store in Florida. After two years, the fabric faded and i complained to the store. They investigated, sent adjusters by my place and determined that the fabric was defective. They contacted the manufacturer and replaced sofa pillows. After another year, the same fading occurred again, however this time the dye leached onto the sofa and ruined the seat cushions. I wanted to contact the manufacturer, but the store assured me that the results would be better for me if the store dealt with the manufacturer. The matter did not get satisfied. The store declared bankruptcy this summer and is out of the picture. I contacted the manufacturer and was told that they would do nothing about it.
