I sold my company for 2.1 million. I held back $250,000.00 under a sales contract for various purposes. This is a little complicated and it would be better to speak to someone and relay the short history behind the transaction. This debt is 4 years old.The transaction was executed in the state of NY for a business I owned in NY.

I own a llc business, which is not doing well and i do not have money for next months rent. i still have about a year and 4 months left in the lease. What do i do. i have no money what so ever to pay the rent or utilities
Enter question...Found out company on the internet is a scam. Contacted them to stop billing and refund my money.

My case was tried in landlords tennent court, it should have been tried in the supreme court, this was a buisness involving , fraud , miss- representation of the origional contract plus many errors during and after the trial..
Appeals Court in Montgonery Co. Jury trial requested by defendent.
My landlord did not give me back my security deposit. My business stayed for 8 days in May 2011. I requested partial payment. He refused. I went to court and won. The amount in question is $900.00. Can your attorney drop you as a client without notice written. We had an agreement in superior court that ws waiting to be finaled while certain conditions were being fulfilled. Such as totals for monies owed being calculated. Can my attorney drop me without any notice after being paid. 95% of hid bill.
