I had a partner in the business of residential elderly care facility , who took over the the control of business and after two years he closed the business and opened his own . I had an attorney who did not do anything to stop the guy for almost a year before closing the business I kept asking my attorney to file an injunction and he did not do it. my question is can get some attorney helping me sue this attorney

You surely can, if you can prove a contractual relationship with this attorney where his obligation to file an injunction relief is obvious.
Let me know your proof and I 'll try to recommend you to somebody in CA.
