If a corporation resonsible for responding to a summons, if the corporation plans to dissolve @ 30 days after the required repond date?

A corporation was served a summons that must be responded to within 20 days to avoid a judgement by default. However the corporation will be dissolved @ 30 days after that due date. Must the summons be answered, and if it isn't, what will be the outcome? Thank you.
