The bank has not proceeded yet, is their any goverment assistance on refinancing. I have owned the home for 30 years. I have been making the payments for sometime now. I am unable to make them now due to my failing health. I would be able to if the amount that I owe which is under 50,000 could be refinanced. I am over 60.
