Bankruptcy discharged in 2004
Mortgage lender did not reaffirm mortgage. We have continued making monthly mortgage payments since the bankrutpcy; can we walk away from the mortgage and not be responsible for the mortgage balance?
Can an Inheritance be taken if you have to forclose
Can the irs or any other government office or bank take an inheritance if you have to forclose on a home? If the person leaving the inheritance is still living and the person recieving inheritance has to forclose on a home due to a financial situation beyond their control.

Foreclosure on home, I am unable to make the mortgage payments, I need to refinance, and does the homstead act have any control in this.
The bank has not proceeded yet, is their any goverment assistance on refinancing. I have owned the home for 30 years. I have been making the payments for sometime now. House Taxes
I have been on a repayment plan 3 times. I am sick and get 900 dollars a month which is almost impossible to live off of. I owe 3,500 back taxes now, I am trying to see how I can pay 100 dollars a month, without the goverment threfting to bother my home. What is a ticket on your home?
