Can a person be forced to sell a joint property, becaues one has filed bankryptcy. Or can we be forced to sell the property.

Can a forced sell be placed on property when a person has one fourth vested interest declares bankruptcy. Can the courts force the other sibling to sell the property, because one of the sibling has filed bankruptcy.

Someone told me that making any payments whatsoever could make my filing for bankruptcy automatically denied. Is this true?
