Inquiry about the renewal of my green card
As a permanent resident for the past 11 years, i would like to know the status of the renewal of my application. application i mailed a week ago, a reason for an interested applicant to keep updated of the status.

You should get a Receipt Notice in the mail shortly. It will have a receipt number on it. Once you have a receipt number, you can go to www.uscis.gov and follow the links to case status information. You can enter the receipt number to obtain the latest information on your case. Good luck!
