The judgement was renewed for 10 more years. I am married and our names are on our deed can they take our home if the judgement is just on me?The house is paid for my husband paid for it.This judgement is alienation of afection law sued.

Need to know our legal rights resulting from my 15 year old son being suspended from school for getting high & returnig to school.
My son was smoking weed with friends off school property & then returned to take the late bus home. He was then apprehended with a small amount of weed & a grinder. He is now suspended from school & we have to appear at a superintendent hearing. We would like to know what legal rights do we have?
