I have already submitted my Petition for Executive Clemency; and (after 4 1/2 years),I have finally received my PARDON/EXPUNGEMENT certificate. It states that I must pursue the expungement order through the circuit court. Do I need an Attorney to complete this process? I don’t know where to go from here.
