Michael W. Mr. Eaton holds a B.S. from Southern Methodist University (Political Science/Economics, Departmental Distinction in Political Science), and a J.D. from Southern Methodist University School of Law. Mr. Eaton’s clients include local and national non-profit organizations, real estate developers, lenders, property management companies, construction contractors, and small businesses of all varieties. Mr. Eaton is a leader in representation of organizations active in acquisition and development of real estate, and has significant expertise in Low Income Housing Tax Credit projects, having acted as borrower’s counsel, local counsel, or special tax counsel in over 100 Low Income Housing Tax Credit transactions in Texas, Mississippi, Georgia, Florida, and Arkansas.
