Our representation of homeowners associations is not limited to collection of delinquent assessments but includes advising Boards with legal issues as they arise, disputes with vendors and amending covenants and by-laws. We also represent residential and commercial property owners, from single units to large apartment complexes, concerning leases, summary ejectment and collection of delinquent rent. We provide cost certainty to our Property Management clients through our structured flat fees.
