I signed a contract at a dealership to purchase a new car on a Saturday, but the car was not on site and it was agreed that I would go to the dealership on the following Monday to accept delivery of this vehicle. Can I rescind this contract without any penalty?.

My exboyfriend owes my son and me some money. He signed an agreement last March stating that he would repay the money but has yet to pay anything saying he does't have any money. I just found out he has sold our boat and does indeed have money and has traveled to Deleware. Is the agreement legally binding?

In 2000 I had a bladder sling put in along with a rectocele and hysterectomy for bladder leakage. Woke up from that horrible surgery temporarily paralyzed in one leg drunk's palsey.
