How to evict someone

I rented out one of the rooms in my home and I no longer wish to rent to this person. The person has been a bit diificult to deal with and I no longer wish to have him in my residence. The rental is a month to monthand there is no lease. What would I need to have to do for this person to be removed from my residence?

The Name on my birth certificate is different from my social security card name. I called the civil court where I was born the courts could not find my name change filing way back in 1983. what do i do?

Can a person be forced to sell a joint property, becaues one has filed bankryptcy. Or can we be forced to sell the property.

Can a forced sell be placed on property when a person has one fourth vested interest declares bankruptcy. Can the courts force the other sibling to sell the property, because one of the sibling has filed bankruptcy.

Paying monthly on a credit card for twelve years
