Is it illegal to not put an employer on an application for work? Filled out an application at a company and didn't put last employer due to being fired wrongfully. Was hired then fired for not telling them I worked somewhere. Is that illegal to not to put an employer on application.

Is it legal to suspend an employee via text message?

Roughly 2 hours before my shift was to start I received a text message from my acting manager stating that I was being given a 3 day suspension starting immediately. I contacted HR to file a complaint, the day after contacting HR I got a voice mail from my acting manager asking to set up a meeting to sign paperwork.
