NYC real estate mother daughter regulations

I own a two family home with a mother daughter set up in queens new york. 3rd floor is a Three bedroom apartment, 2nd Floor is a three bedroom as well. First floor is a studio. My question is, can I move a relative who will pay me rent into the studio. Also, am I allowed to have a kitchen and bathroom, in the studio?
